OAT Agrio is currently placing priority on retaining earnings to strengthen financial soundness for long-term stability and to fund R&D activities needed for the growth of business operations. Distributing earnings to shareholders is another management priority. The fundamental policy is to pay a stable dividend to shareholders taking into account results of operations, the financial position, and business and R&D plans.
Retained earnings will be used effectively for improving financial soundness and for investments in human resources and equipment associated with R&D activities.
For the fiscal year ending December 2022,we will pay annual dividend of 30.0 yen oer share.
